Paul Busch, D.D.S.
Dr. Paul Busch completed his undergraduate work at Ferris State University and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1964. After Dental School, he served as a dental Officer for the United States Navy at the Great Lakes Navel Base and aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise Aircraft Carrier, during the Vietnam War. He established his Kalamazoo practice in 1967. In 1979 he built the current home of Gentle Dentistry at 530 Nichols Rd. Kalamazoo, MI.

Dr. Busch believes continuing education is always a key component to a successful practice. He has been involved in a wide variety of continuing education courses over the years, but of special interest to him are those designed for current state of the art high tech technology such as: Dental Lasers, Orthodontics, and TMJ. Dr. Busch has completed curriculum in all areas of his special interest.

Stephanie Busch-Abbate, D.D.S.
Dr. Stephanie Busch-Abbate is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and Kalamazoo College.  Dr. Busch-Abbate enjoys treating patients of all ages.  As a Kalamazoo native, she is proud to serve her hometown community.  Patients appreciate her caring nature and passion for dentistry.  She is committed to continuing education and has completed orthodontic training with Progressive Orthodontics.    In addition, she is involved with several professional organizations including: Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society, etc.  Outside the office Dr. Busch-Abbate enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and pug.
 

Kelly F, R.D.H.
Kelly is a graduate of the Dental Hygiene Department at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She has been practicing dental hygiene with Dr. Busch for over 13 years. She is very caring and many patients have commented on how gentle and thorough she is while cleaning their teeth.  Her concern is apparent when educating patients on their oral health and proper home care.  She is certified in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Administration.
 

Natasha, C.D.A.
Natasha graduated as a dental assistant in October 2008. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and is able to help perform all procedures in our office. Her goal as an assistant is to make the patients feel comfortable and relaxed while in the dental chair. At the same time aiding in the best quality care for the patient.  She also works well with children and helps with guiding them in the right direction for a healthy start. Natasha enjoys spending her free time with her family and playing softball. She comes with a positive attitude and great smile!
 

Maggie
Maggie, our office manager, is the spark plug that makes it all work.  She oversees the financial and scheduling coordination team.  Maggie has been with our practice now 13+  years. You will always find her with a perky smile and a kind word.  Outside the office she is a devoted mother of 3 and enjoys family activities.
 

Lori
Lori helps our patients as a scheduling and financial coordinator.  She has lived around the Kalamazoo area all of her life.  The 20 + years she has worked in customer service and support is a great asset to our patients.  She enjoys being able to get to know the patients and see them routinely throughout the year.
