Paul Busch, D.D.S.
Dr. Paul Busch completed his undergraduate work at Ferris State University and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1964. After Dental School, he served as a dental Officer for the United States Navy at the Great Lakes Navel Base and aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise Aircraft Carrier, during the Vietnam War. He established his Kalamazoo practice in 1967. In 1979 he built the current home of Gentle Dentistry at 530 Nichols Rd. Kalamazoo, MI.

Dr. Busch believes continuing education is always a key component to a successful practice. He has been involved in a wide variety of continuing education courses over the years, but of special interest to him are those designed for current state of the art high tech technology such as: Dental Lasers, Orthodontics, and TMJ. Dr. Busch has completed curriculum in all areas of his special interest.

Stephanie Busch, D.D.S.
Dr. Stephanie Busch is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and Kalamazoo College. Dr. Stephanie Busch enjoys treating patients of all ages. As a Kalamazoo native, she is proud to serve her hometown community. Patients appreciate her caring nature and passion for dentistry. She is committed to continuing education with emphasis in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. In addition, she is a member of the following professional organizations: Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, etc.

Kelly F, R.D.H.
Kelly is a graduate of the Dental Hygiene Department at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She has been practicing dental hygiene with Dr. Busch for over 11 years. She is very caring and many patients have commented on how gentle and thorough she is while cleaning their teeth. Her concern is apparent when educating patients on their oral health and proper home care. She is certified in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Administration.

Pam, R.D.H.
Pam is a graduate of the Kalamazoo Valley Dental Hygiene Program and has been with our office for over five years. Along with her Dental Hygienist license, Pam has her license to administer Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide at our office. She is eager to educate and motivate patients about good oral health and enjoys seeing you leave the office with a satisfied smile.

Michelle
Michelle joined our practice in January 2009 as an extern. Upon graduating from dental assisting school in February 2009, she became one of our full-time assistants. Michelle is certified to take radiographs and is able to assist the dentist within all disciplines of dentistry. You will always find her with a bright smile and a warm welcome. Our patients love her outgoing personality and easy way with children.

Natasha
Natasha graduated as a dental assistant in October 2008. She has her radiograph certification as well as training for all procedures performed in our office. Her goal as an assistant is to help in every way possible. Her priority is to make the patients feel comfortable and relaxed while in the dental chair. She also works well with children and helps with guiding them in the right direction for a healthy smile!

Essie
Essie graduated as a dental assistant from Grand Rapids Educational Center Dental Assisting Program in December of 1997. She worked as a dental assistant in Sturgis and moved to the area in February of 2008. She joined our practice in May of 2008 and has been a great asset to our office.

Maggie
Margaret (Maggie), our office manager, is the spark plug that makes it all work. She oversees all staff, is knowledgeable of all office procedures and dental services. Maggie has been with our practice now over 11 years. You will always find her with a perky smile and a kind word. She is able to explain, coordinate and facilitate all your concerns in a professional manner.

Kelley C.
Kelley joined the practice in August 2009 as a Scheduling Coordinator. She has many years of experience in Customer Service and Financial areas. She always has a smile and friendly voice for patients.
